Social & Emotional Learning
Social and emotional learning (SEL) is a crucial part of education and human development. SEL teaches children to understand and appreciate differences and diversity, and develop one's own character for better self-awareness. Great SEL skills relate directly to academic performance, emotional health and employability.
The course is designed to help learners discover constructive ways to process their emotions and interact with others in a respectful way. Every human being has a need to be recognised and supported as they are. This creates psychological safety.
Children who have completed the Social and Emotional Learning course have shown improved:

Course Duration
The SEL course runs for 24 weeks and has a fixed start date. Please register your interest below to stay up to date with upcoming course dates.
NB: This course cannot be done independently as it involves structured group work.
